Ok, I've got my filters in from Memphis Equipment.

I know I'm gonna need 22 quarts of oil.

I know it's supposed to be SAE 30 weight (right? brand / weight
recommendations?).

But....

I don't have my manuals yet so could someone walk me thru the process?
I'm not a mechanical knucklehead or anything but I've never worked on a
diesel before and I've never seen oil filters like these before and I
want to get it right.
