Oklahoma has this law that allows you to use the bumper number(s) or the
hood registration number. I have a copy of the actual text at work. I will
try to remember to post it Monday. Next year I will try to get a law like it
passed in NH....

Hey, I got the antique trailer law passed here...

I will use the 1938 gull winged Mercedes. Would you ask me to drill holes in
it for a plate. Would I dor it....?
