Here's the situation:
Everything works great but 4th gear. 4th gear either slips, or when manually
tightened to engage, grabs. No happy medium seems to exist. The band is not
broken, and the trans appears new. Peddle-up has no effect. Peddle play has
been checked and is within spec. Help!
