Yes, EXCEPT that the MVPA By-Laws make it almost impossible for anyone
except the Board to change them. I won't go into all the gory details
but suffice it to say it is unaffordable for most members....If the
Board, and especially Mr HOLLAND, want to at least make it SEEM they are
TRULY responsive, responsible and not only interested in being
Members-for-life, then THEY should propose By-Laws changes and let the
membership have a say in this whole mess. THAT would then end all this
bickering.....If you have the opportunity to vote and you don't or it
loses, then that's democracy!
