Jim Sir,
Since we're on the subject of color, what OD paint number would my 1953 M37
(G741) need? It's a dull OD green now, which is fine with me, but I don't
know what number it is. It desperately needs another coat.
Thankyou,
Mike D. in Wa.

All M-422, M-422-A1 trucks were painted at the factory with Marine
Corps Semi-gloss Green # 24052. The Federal Standard (FS) # for this paint
is 595a. The paint sold by RAPCO (940-871-2403) is as close a match to
the factory color as I have seen.
