If the aluminum runflat is anything like the hutchinson rubber one, it is a
handfull to change in the field with no air tools. So plan to run home on the
runflat, change to the spare, or take it out if think you will have to change
tires on the wheel in the field.
If you use the runflat, make sure that pouch of silicone lube is in there or
the runflat device will eat the tire liner when aired down.

As for why the Wrangler tires? There are some deals sometimes on surplus
hummer tires.

I haven't checked out the alt.autos.dodgetruck page yet, but let me say there
are no common components between Hummer wranglers (especially the bias ones)
and what Dodge specifies for new trucks that have to meet fuel economy
standards. Not a discussion for this list by far..
