A few years back I had to replace the weather-strip on my deuce. I had no
luck finding any NOS material so I ordered a replacement from Steele Rubber
Products. P/N 70-0145-73 (for a 1939 Buick and others). Worked great and
looked good. Check their web site at: http://www.steelerubber.com/
I used "Pliobond" rubber cement to attach it. I even mitered the ends and
glued them together with it. Still holding together after 3 years.
They also have window channels that you might be able to use.
