Multifuel tank pump repair

Howdy List;
Pulled the fuel pump out of my M35, had a blown fuse and no good ground
path. cleaned it up , replaced fuse and it works fine. Truck starts now
without any cranking. Just need to know, it had a buss style 250 volt 2 amp
fuse in it (the fuse is on top of the fuel tank under the cover held on by
three nuts). Is this correct? I had one just like it, so I put it in, but
that seems really light. Let me know. Thanks
