Tom,

There is a guy on the E/coast named Joe Young that buys good M35's and
M54's, takes them to his place of business, and makes a teriffic machine
out of a good machine. I have never bought a vehicle from him personally
but I know people that have and they have nothing but good to say about
him. You can find him on the web @

www.joeyoung.com. He is also known as MV Trucker
