The emission standards argument is invalid as I posed the question to NHTSA
some years ago that "what if I did a permanent conversion to LP?" This was
ignored in thier reply and they then went on to discuss rollover safety
issues realtive to the M151 and M151-A1 despite the fact the we where
talking about -A2's. They were not interested in logic or technical
details, it had been determined that these things were to be destroyed and
that was that.
