What a collection of stuff!
I called the Confederate Air Force main office in Texas
and the curator of the National Air and Space Museum in
Washington , D.C. with the info since they both have a B-24
and passed the info on. It seems there is a lot of really
neat stuff still waiting to be discovered all over the
world, and thanks to this list , we can try to act on it
before the smelters get it.
And fellow listers, don't ever assume that someone or
group "Probably" already knows about something. I just
called from Massachusetts (in the Uppa US.... ;-) ) to
Texas and Washington , D.C. to make sure the info got out.
Both groups were thankful of the notification but neither
group was aware of it.
And you Aussie blokes are a lucky lot ...
