To the three interested parties specifically, and all the guys and gals on
the list:

Gentlemen:

Just a reminder that I no more sealed bids via e-mail can be accepted past
tomorrow (Monday 5/15/00) at midnight. And no, I am not telling the other
bidders what anybody else is bidding, because this is not an open auction.
Plus, I don't want anyone to get stretched beyond their means, or pay beyond
what they think they aught to pay. It just has to be over the minimum
($7500). If you have already bid, you may send another bid if you feel you
need to. See the letter below for clarification of terms.
