While we are on the subject of water cans, I bought a brand new one at one
of my favorite Surplus stores in Colorado Springs, CO Many years ago. At
first I thought was another USGI Water can, well there was a Sticker glued
on the bottom half of the can and when I peeled it off, (and scraped) the
can was NOT stamped US, BUT S.A.A and underneth that it has Aribic (?).
It is a GI Water can in all aspects, but for the writing. Just thought I
would throw my 2 cents in. Mark M-886
