A friend of mine who is not on the list is working on his White Scout car and
has a couple of questions. He has bought NOS horns and wiper motors. The
horns, even when connected directly to the battery blow very weak. And the
wiper motors are so stiff that they are difficult to move even by hand. Being
as how these are NOS we don't think there is anything seriously wrong with
either (horns or wiper motors), but that they are just stiff from many years
storage. Any ideas on freeing them up?
