I just used a company called BROADWAY TITLE COMPANY, INC. they are out of
Birmingham, AL. There # is 1-800-464-3222.
There system worked fine for the state of LA. to issue me a clear title for
my M151A2.
I hear there are other Companies just like this one that do the same.
