Sorry, this is NOT a XM-408 6x6 version of the M-151.

What you have here is a regular M-151A1 that was "kitbashed"
into a 6x6 by T.W. Murray quite a few years ago. They offered these for
sale for a short time. It was bought in very rough condition by my friend
Beryl Horning of Clio Mi. Beryl and Dave Crompton ( world renowned Kubel
restorer ) extensively rebuilt the unit using photos supplied by me of a
real XM-408 located in Tennessee.

The main identifying feature is that this unit used two standard
M-151-A1 rear suspensions while a real XM-408 6x6 has a bogie system
similar to what a 2 1/2 ton truck would use.
