Hi Jeff,
Any industrial-type hardware / fastener distributor will have these. One
proper name is "elevator bolt", altho I'm sure the list may come up with
other nomenclature, esp. those fine lads across the pond (either direction).
You may have to buy a box / a gross / a pound, etc. of each size, but
they're out there. They have the square boss under the wider head, and
usually the head has a lower profile than a carriage bolt.
