Dear Listers..... can't find the original posting asking about this setup,
but here's some information to whom it may concern...etc etc.......
Have a look at TM9-2320-218-20-1 (Change 2, 1.Aug.1988) pages 11-233 and
11-234.
This not only explains the order in which the padding should be fitted to the
roll-bars, it also confirms that the padding is self-adhesive and it goes on
to say that the padding should then be covered by "Tape - PPP-T-60,
spiral-wrapped, with 1" overlap".
