All,
I would like to take a moment to express my thanks to Lee Holland, David
Doyle, David at Enterprise B&B, Robert Rayfield, and all of the others on
this list who have taken the time to apply a calm, reasoned approach to
HR4205. It would appear that the MVPA has taken steps to affect a
(hopefully) proper resolution to the situation. I appreciate the fact that
Lee Holland has promised to keep everyone apprised of the progress being
made by the law firm in Washington. I can also understand the need for
keeping the specific activities of this law firm under wraps. If this were a
real world field situation, would any of you give your opposition a full
explanation of your tactics? The same principal applies to the tactics
employed in negotiations. After all, this is a public list and any postings
made can be read by anyone taking the time to subscribe.
Again, my compliments on a job well done, and continuing to be done.
