The standard WW2 trailer connector has 4 connections:

Ground
Service
Service Stop
(Electric Brakes)

The pink wire is the ground out of white, green and black - go figure...?

Most only have the 3 wires (no brakes). The switch to BO conditions was done
with a switch on the trailer.

PS: Mine are all right stop, left stop, ground and service. This is so I can
