Looking for M416 Trailer Parts

I'm looking for a few parts for my M416 trailer.. I've been to all the auto
parts stores, marine trailer shops, and many other specialty places.... NO
LUCK... I'm asking the experts here.... I'm looking for the following:
(in order of priority)

Washers for the bearing set, for the axle

Bushings for the shocks.. I have new shocks but for some reason they didn't
have the bushings installed on the ends...

Handbrake Lever

Any info, ideas, or leads would be great... !
