Can I do this myself (M37 question)?

I know I'm thinking ahead here but I like to be positive. I'm working on
getting a set of 5 rims (16") for my "Shuttle Craft". When I get them, I'm
going to try to sell the 20" rims I have (5 of them). I know shipping costs
can be a deal breaker so since the tires are decent but not the greatest, I
would figure to remove them. I checked w/my local tire guy and because they
are split rims, the cost to dismount each tire would be at least $15 each.
So I'm wondering if I could do it myself. I also wondered, after removing
all the air (Yup, I would do that first), could I cut them off? I know
these things are designed for combat so the pocket knife ain't gonna cut it
(no pun intended here) but what about a sawzall or circular saw.

My point being, I don't want the cost of shipping to outweigh (no pun here
either) the value of the rims.

OK, now that you have stopped laughing..... Any thoughts?

Thanks.
