Has anyone done business with these folks?

They seem to have a very nice 3-color camo cab top for my M35A2 for only
$189.14.
They also say "Products listed are approved for military use only. We will
only respond to inquiries originating from military addresses or other
pre-approved sources."
It seems as though your average Mike cannot just call and purchase a top from
them. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
