My parts man came today and gave me, for free, a brand-new hood blanket
from the cold weather kit.
Just what was Uncle Sam thinking when he shipped cold weather kits to his
allies in Thailand :-)
I should have suspected that this might happen; last year, he tried to sell
me some snow chains - yeah!
