M38A1 Fluids Help

Looking over the messages from the M38A1 T-Case whine.... I'm working on a
restore project and I'm just at the point of putting all the fluids in...
Can someone tell me what to use in each of the main components (specific
names), and where I can buy them....

Gear Oil
Motor Oil
Anti Freeze
Brake Fluid
Etc...

Is this stuff easy to find.. PEP Boys or Auto Zone...

Any specific information would be great...
