I'm selling the M37 to make way for another project. (1942 WC-53
Carryall). I was going to put together a more complete write up, but the
web site give plenty of photos and details.

In short, it's a nice, bolt in, 318 V8 conversion that works great, but
could easily be switched back to stock if that's your preference. Body and
paint are very good. New troop seats, near new seat canvas, garaged the
entire time I've had it. Top bows for bed included.

I'm asking $4000.

See it, and details on the engine conversion at:

Oh, I'll be picking up a very complete '43 Willys MB tomorrow. I was going
to restore it, but with the Carryall project looming, I'll be selling it as
is. Needs paint, canvas, some floor rust repair, little else. $3200

Thanks,
Chris Davis
