Hi List,
Two questions. One, do any of you CUCV owners have the annoying speedometer
shimmy in cold weather? Mine jumps all over the place, it's hard to say if
I'm going 40 or 80(which is doubtful.) It only does this when it's cold.
After it's nice and warm in the truck, no problem. Did you guys get a new
speedo. or is there some way to oil or adjust mine so it stops this?
Two, do any CUCV guys have the part number for the passenger side
alternator's regulator on the CUCV? I think mine is getting ready to die
and I need one quick. Any reliable parts sources besides my usual GM dealer
or NAPA? Thanks for any help.
A little website update. I finally started work on my "Trailer" section at
Steel Soldiers. I even got a new photo of my Pioneer Tool Trailer on there.
