Ok,
We have New diesel, clean lines, bleed clear of the lacquer / gas mix.
The only obvious problem with the fuel system is the fact that the filters
leak (manual suggests that
cracked or crushed fuel lines can cause over-rev).
The kill has to be opened and operated manually, (something missing or
broken there).
Truck starts easy, runs smooth, and sounds great.....
but.... it over-revs and has no throttle control.
