Do they run off of line pressure, or are they regulated somewhere (what
should I set my shop compressor to, to check/test them)?

Usually wiper motors just take a little caressing and a disassemble and
reassemble to make work... A little lube and a cleaning of the wasp (mud)
nest out of the air passage will do the trick... The clue you got
about the little red button was a good one.. That is the park switch so
they keep out of your vision... If that sticks the wiper won't work.. RAM
