Absolutely, if it's green and got wheels then it's an MV.

Hold on a sec, perhaps it also has to have a canvas covered winch on the
front that you never EVER intend using.

Oh yes, then there's the obligatory homemade anti-decapitation angle iron
up-sticky thing on that non frontline or recon front bumper plus the complete
collection of brand new canvas ammo/lipstick shoulder bags attached to every
corner and panel.

... and don't forget the matching oversized Uniform that you simply have to
own and wear at every occasion.
 
So I guess not... Sorry.

It looks like you have what's more commonly known as a 'genuine piece of
military "equipment" ' that's probably more interestering and unique than
most of those little 'runabouts' you see at the MV shows... and no, I'm not
talking about Mules!
