While what my old Mammy use to say is true in 99 44/100th.% of the cases,
sometimes there can be a deal.
This morning I received the same reply from hareball which many listers
have and asked if he would be willing to use a neutral escrow for the funds
pending my receipt of the unit. I feel if he says "yes" and this can be
done w/each party spliting the escrow costs (shouldn't be more than a $100
per unit per person), then this could be legit w/no risk involved.
I will let you know if/when I get a reply.
