The American AWG is 2 digits less than the British SWG (eg., 14 AWG = 16
SWG), regrettably my Machinery's Handbook is in Dave's (DTB F15 Polsten)
garage and he's away until Sunday if you can wait until then.

One of the quirks worth remembering is the common body panel thickness of 16
SWG is 1/16" and 1.6mm.
