Were the M37's with tow-truck booms, original, or made in motor pool, or
surplus additions after trucks have been sold by govt. about 5 years ago I
saw at least 10 M37's with short tow-truck booms in the bed I did not look
at winches - trucks had about a foot of leaves in the bed -- appeared to
have been sitting there for more than a year or two.
