Since the pump delivers vacuum to the windsheild wiper motors, if they were
not hooked up (1 missing, 1 rusted, no hose coming off the pump} would this
affect the pumps performance. If not, how should I proceed to do without the
wipers {budgetary restraint} for the time being? Thanks
