M100 Box

The "tool box" as it is described, is actually a cable storage box. The
early M100 had a detachable intervehicular cable. When not in use, it was
supposed to be stored in the box. You won't see many trailers with this box
on, because the military issued a MWO. This was to remove the box, and
upgrade the wiring. Reason? To many lost cables. The box was located on
the front left outer panel of the trailer, and was bolted to two sheetmetal
brackets bent at 90 degrees. Often times you will see the brackets, and no
box.
I have a small quantity of original TM 9-2330-201-14 M100,115, 367 Trailer
manuals. These are $20 ea. plus shipping.
Regards to all,
