This military sabotage has gone on for a long time. I bought a 1952
M-211 that was sold from the military in the early 60's. After this it
passed through several owners who could not get it unstuck. I bought it
in 1997 and completely took it apart the cylinder walls were still
crosshatched and had no rust but the pistons are still stuck until this
day (The sealant poured around them probably helped).
