M-1009 Alternators

Both left and right alternators on the CUCV's are identical and you don't
have to swear to this because they are. (Why would they be different? This
would also cause much confusion if they were!) They both are isolated
ground. I have written several articles on this very subject and it keeps
popping back up. As said before, they are special because they have
isolated ground meaning the frames of them have no polarity. They are in
series with each other just like the batteries and are common to the
batteries. The one on the right has its' negative going to the positive on
the left side. The left one is grounded through a ground strap. It's a
very simple circuit and is not difficult. Julian
