Re: [MV] M35 Compressor Tank Drain Valves

Mark and Dave,
My reference was to actual truck parts. I
imagine all of us go to hardware stores for
various items at some time or another.

As to the condensation factor, maybe I should
have clarified my statement by indicating that
a truck used only for short HMV trips, not
enough moisture would build up to amount to
anything. I've never gotten more that a teaspoon
of water out of the air tanks I've purchased from
DRMO, and on my own trucks, I have driven
several hundred miles in a weeks time only to
find minimal water when I drained the tanks.
I'm in a high humidity area, too, but this hasn't
caused me a problem. No doubt if I was driving
one a lot, the condensation would be a lot more.
Perhaps driving habbits make a difference on
how much the compressor runs, who knows...
Thanks for the responses,
Joe Young
