What Mark said is pretty much what I was going to say, other than to add
that the Museum that I volunteer at has one of each of the systems he
mentioned. The M42 Duster is running and the SGT York needs some repair to
the fuel system, but is otherwise complete. Let me know if you would be
interested in any pictures of them.

M-42 Duster AAA tracked vehicle. used from the 50s to the early 80s. The
twin Bofors were mounted on a modified M-41 tank body. Our Local National
Guard Unit had these up until the early eighties! neat old MV.
These were to be replaced with the Sergeant York Twin 40mm Bofors system.
It had an enclosed turret, Radar and heat guided auto cannons,Mounted on the
M-48 Tank body. IT had the bad habit of shooting up friendly vehicles OR
Soda cans that sat in the sun too long, as the fire control system was too
sensitive. The Military never did adopt it, and the prototypes wound up as
range targets. I do not believe that there are any more bofor systems like
