The Rose Parade has some of the most complicated rules for entries - makes
government regulations seem simple. As I recall from a brief look at the rule book
a few years ago the only possible MV entry (other than that giant Bob Hope ;-)
would be a horse drawn wagon, but that would only be if it had some local
significance to Pasadena / California history. Those folks are hard-core
traditionalists!
so, not likely.
