Joe,

These type of hubs are already made for certain Dana
axles found on 4x4's. They replace the flanged axle
shaft with a straight shaft splined on each end,
include a new spindle assembly, and then use standard
lockout hubs.

On a duece this would be exen simpler. Pull the rear
axle shafts. Have a new staight shaft made up with
splines on the wheel end that match those of the front
axle, and the use the same hubs as the front. The
only real engineering would be making up the new
shafts. The axles are already full floating.
