For those of you who are Scout car enthusiasts.....Your REAR axle grease
seals are:
National Seal, number 5890 (this is a discontinued leather seal exactly like
the originals. About $37 for a set of two.
OR
Federal Mogul part number 417488 (which is a suitable substitute with a
modern neoprene seal but whose depth in the hub must be set very carefully
because it is narrower, unlike the National which seats automatically to the
proper depth)..about $30 for a set.
