Dear list, hopefully this is an on topic question because I believe this
item came off SOME military vehicle.

It has a data plate that says: TELESCOPE, ELBOW

NO 6369 JKC

M.L. CO 1942

Any ideas what is, what it was used for, and what it came off of?
