GLOW PLUG REMOVAL

A technician friend of mine has come up with a
low-buck imitation of an OTC tool designed to remove
mushroomed glow plugs on 6.2/6.5's (cost $70 plus).
It eliminates the snapping off the tip removal
detailed in the tech manual. Access to a torch to
heat and bend a wrench and a hack saw or hand-held
cutoff wheel are all that is necessary to create the
tools.

For anyone interested e-mail me direct for a .jpg of a
drawing of the components and a simple explanation.
