Anyone familiar with the DRMO at Ft Hood and can explain why they are so
anal about not issuing Form 97's on their vehicles? Can understand burnt
(residue) vehicles, but not because they don't know the year of manufacture.
Maybe they need to hire some people from Arizona or New Mexico who know
how to read and they could look at the data plates to find those funny non
letter things called Numerals. ;-)
Is this a way of keeping us from registering our toys, or just stupidity
due to tight 3.5 gallon hats? Anyone running across this in other states?
