Greetings, I just rebuilt the engine in my GMC M211. Resurfaced the head,
new valves and springs,guides and hardened valve seats. Also new bearings,
rings and seals to fix all of the leaks. Now the problem. Number four intake
valve is hanging open. When I twisted the retainer, it popped back up. Any
guesses why it is sticking? I first thought it had bent a valve or a valve
guide to tight.
