Ok, list.......for your consideration.........
I am proposing a new common-sense rule.
If you are going to ask a legal question, at least tell the group what state
you are operating in....(besides the state of confusion) that way we don't
have to hear 49 other possible answers that do not necessarily apply,
thereby fouling everyone else's thinking up.
By the way, you will find that in this day and age of computers, most
state's traffic laws can be found online..........GEE, GO FIGURE!
