That's an odd one. There's no reference to it in any of the 4 major command databases, CECOM, TACOM, SBCCOM or AMCOM
My guess is that you did a keyword search on the DRMS website and found the one at the Jacksonville Recycling Control Point (RCP).
I don't think that this has anything to do with MV's though. Stock Class 1720 refers to "Aircraft Launching Equipment" like: catapults for Aircraft Carriers.
