The very idea of a 230cc mini cycle is ridiculous. It's a 90cc produced for
the Australian market and not sold in the US. Too much liability for certain
models especially ill handling ones. These public affairs types who write
these articles are clueless to the facts and write what they are fed. This
probably started out as a joke that never got caught.
