If I were you, I'd contact the MVPA National HQ, I understand that they have
been custodians of this type of document by TACOM (I know my terminology
isn't precise, I just listened during meeting at National convention, didn't
take notes).
Or contact John H. Zentmyer, MVCC member # 1886, L. A.,
Calif., 1982, who is a historian of Dodge vehicles who is in good graces with
Chrysler Corp.
